Actually most of the doctors tend to miss out the common cause or the area of the back pain to find them the right cure.  Although these doctors’ aim would lie on prescribing us the medicines and fail to find the root cause of the back pain and hence not curing completely at all.

Back pain is caused due to lack of exercise and sitting for very long without breaks and even some disease will cause back pain.  The serious back pains will only be found through CT or MRI scans.  Back conditions can be found out by x-ray and since the doctors will prescribe x-rays only on the areas they want to see and hence chances are that the place where the real issue is mostly missed.

Instead you should go for a professional help who specializes in spine and back.

The most common back pain is sciatica.  Although this is tend to be diagnosed as slip disk but it actually is not.  The only solution for sciatica is surgery since the pain will be persistent and chronic making it difficult even to do our daily chores.

Regardless of these only if we can prevent the back pains by proper posture and exercise we do not have to run behind physicians for the back pain.
